Judy Bristow

Judy Bristow serves as General Counsel for Groome Transportation since October 2018, following a decade-long tenure at Williams Mullen where Judy was an Attorney and chair of the Aviation Practice, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate counseling, antitrust, and private securities offerings. Prior experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at Norfolk Circuit Court. Judy holds a JD from the University of Richmond School of Law and an MBA from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business, as well as a B.S. in Psychology from Duke University.
