Matt Krogstad

Matt Krogstad serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Groov, a workplace science platform aimed at enhancing employee performance and positively impacting 100 million lives. Previously, Krogstad held a Non-Executive Board Member position at FileInvite, contributing to the organization's global scaling as a SaaS platform for managing sensitive data. As VP of Product and Operations at Future Family, Krogstad played a key role in scaling the business tenfold and securing two rounds of capital funding. Krogstad's former roles include Head of Product at Mission Lane, where significant customer growth was achieved, and CEO and Founder of Root Banking, delivering innovative banking solutions. Additional experience includes leadership positions in mobile banking strategy at First Republic Bank and Bank of the West, along with business development at Fiserv. Matt Krogstad holds a Master of International Business from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Fairfield University, supplemented by studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
