Lance Platt

Lance Platt has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Lance is currently the President of Groove Technology Solutions, a company they helped found in 2010.

Lance's previous experience includes serving as the CEO of Circa 3D, a company that provided the first ever active 3D experience to be viewed on legacy HD televisions. Lance also served as the National Sales Manager for CrossCom National, the leading single source provider of innovative Lifecycle Solutions for retail voice and data systems.

In their most recent position before joining Groove Technology Solutions, Lance was the Sr. Buyer for Fixtures and Equipment at American Stores. In this role, they managed the procurement, logistics and implementation of telecom systems for the retail stores, specifically Toshiba and Nortel phone systems, CCTV systems and VSAT.

Lance's extensive experience in the technology industry makes him an invaluable asset to Groove Technology Solutions. Lance is a proven leader with a track record of success in both start-up and established companies.

Lance Platt has a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University, an MBA from University of Phoenix, and a BS in Finance from University of Utah.
