Jake Wise

Jake Wise is a contract software engineer currently on a well-deserved career break after extensive experience in the tech industry. Since 2013, they have served as the Director at Groovycarrot, and previously held roles such as Senior Developer at Rippleffect and Public Cloud Platform Engineer at Barclays from 2020 to 2021. Jake has also contributed to security and platform engineering as a Core Platform Security Engineer at Sky from 2023 to 2024. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Liverpool John Moores University between 2011 and 2014.
