Ben Serebrin

Principal Engineer at Groq

Ben Serebrin has extensive work experience in the engineering field, with a focus on hypervisors, design, and CPU virtualization. Ben began their career at AMD in 2003, where they served as a Design Engineer and CPU Virtualization Architect until 2010. Following this, they worked at VMware as a Hypervisor Engineer for one year. In 2011, they joined Google as an Engineer, holding this position until 2019. During their time at Google, they acquired significant expertise in engineering. Ben then transitioned to Amazon in 2019, where they held the role of Principal Engineer for four years until 2023. Ben'smost recent work experience was at Groq, where they serve as a Principal Engineer from July 2023 to the present.

Ben Serebrin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Rice University in 1999. Ben later pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, which they obtained in 2002.
