Sharad Shah

Sharad Shah is a seasoned thermal architect with extensive expertise in thermal management for AI/ML system-on-chip (SoC) designs and related platforms. Currently serving as Principal Thermal Architect at Groq since February 2021, Sharad's previous roles include SoC and Platform Thermal Architect at Marvell Semiconductor and Sr. Principal Hardware Development Engineer at Oracle. Additionally, Sharad has held senior technical positions at ASE Group, AMD, and Digital Equipment/Compaq/HPE, demonstrating a strong background in engineering management and consulting. Sharad holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Heat Transfer and Fluid Mechanics from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University.
