Ken Rubin

Ken Rubin is a seasoned executive and board member with extensive experience in infrastructure project development and consulting. Currently serving as President of Gross-Wen Technologies and Managing Director of both American Infrastructure Holdings LLC and Rubin Mallows Worldwide Inc., Rubin specializes in water reuse, biosolids conversion, and smart network applications. Notable prior roles include Regional Director for IMC Worldwide Inc., President of PA Government Services Inc., and President of Hagler Bailly Services. Rubin's foundation in economic and environmental engineering is strengthened by a PhD in Water Resources System Engineering from Harvard University and a diverse educational background, including degrees from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Cornell University.
