Chad Hamel

Chad Hamel has a strong background in construction and land development. Chad has held several key positions throughout their career. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Land Development Superintendent at Lennar, before moving on to DR Horton in 2002, where they served as a Land Development Project Manager until 2007. Chad then joined Hubble Homes as the Director of Land Development from 2007 to 2008, followed by a role as a Project Manager at the Idaho Transportation Department from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, Chad became the VP of Land Development/Project Manager at Boise Hunter Homes, where they worked until 2018. Chad currently holds the position of Senior Construction Manager at Grossman Company Properties since May 2018, and recently became the Vice President of Construction in February 2019.

Chad Hamel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996.
