Matthew Overby has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the hospitality and construction industries. Matthew has held roles such as Project Manager, Regional Director of Engineering, Director of Engineering, and Chief Engineer in various companies. Matthew has managed major construction projects, renovation projects, and maintenance of luxury resorts, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Matthew holds a Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation from Biola University and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Music from Berklee College of Music.
