Sean Oborn

Sean Oborn, MBA, currently serves as the Controller for Real Estate Operations at Grossman Company Properties, a position held since July 2019. With extensive experience in financial management and accounting, Sean has held significant roles at Cable ONE as Fixed Asset Accounting Manager and at STORE Capital in various capacities, including Real Estate Accounting Manager. Responsibilities have included reorganizing internal control processes, lease accounting standards changes, overseeing monthly reconciliations, and managing auditing engagements. Sean's educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
