Stanley Gray

Stanley Gray is a 40+ year veteran of Grossman Company Properties and in his current capacity, he oversees all development, operations, and construction activities, including expansions, renovations, tenant improvements, budgeting, capital projects, and environmental issues for the GCP and Classic Hotels & Resorts’ portfolios.

Throughout his tenure at Grossman, Stanley has directly supervised the multi-million dollar expansions of several regional shopping centers, office buildings, and hotels including the complete renovation and expansion of the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, Biltmore Fashion Park, and Chris-Town Spectrum Mall. In addition, he has played a major role in the due diligence and assessments of potential acquisitions. Stanley is a graduate of the American General Contractors Association for Project Management.
