W. Matthew Crow

Prior to assuming his role as Managing Director, Matt served as President and CEO of Grossman Company Properties for 30 years. As Managing Director, Matt will continue to serve on the Board of Directors for GCP and the Grossman Family Office. Before accepting a position with GCP, he was an investment banker in New York and one of the founders of Citicorp Investment Bank’s international real estate finance group.

Matt received his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He graduated with honors with a BA degree in History and a BBA degree in Management, also from UT-Austin. He is the past President of the Board of Directors of the Urban Land Institute – Arizona District Council and has served on the Board of Trustees of the Heard Museum, as Vice Chairman of the Greater Phoenix Convention and Visitors’ Bureau, and President of Biltmore Area Partners. Matt is currently a member of the World Presidents’ Organization.
