Shari L. Waters

Shari L. Waters has 27 years of experience in higher education and 25 years in information technology systems. Currently serving as a Project Manager for Banner implementation at California Baptist University since June 2021, Shari L. Waters also holds a Senior Project Manager and Senior Consultant role at Strata Information Group since September 2013. Previous positions include Project Manager for various implementations at institutions like Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District and San Joaquin Delta College, as well as serving as CIO at Chapman University from 2005 to 2013. Shari L. Waters has extensive experience with Colleague® and other systems, along with managing ERP procurements in higher education. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Point Loma Nazarene University and an Associate of Science degree in Animal/Livestock Husbandry and Production from Sierra College.
