Anoma Dharmapriya

Anoma Dharmapriya is an accomplished data and analytics engineer currently working at Grosvenor Engineering Group since July 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Engineer - Data Science at Axiata Digital Labs from July 2019 to December 2022, where Anoma led teams in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end pipelines utilizing machine learning and Big Data technologies. Notable projects include customer churn prediction, collaborative filtering for cross-sell models, and sentiment analysis of customer comments, applying various machine learning frameworks and tools including AWS, SQL, and Python. Anoma also served as a Software Engineer Specialized in Data Science at Creative Software and completed internships focusing on data-related projects. Anoma holds a BSc.(Hons) in Applied Statistics from the University of Colombo, earned between 2015 and 2018.
