Claire Holbrook

Claire Holbrook is an accomplished building surveyor with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the Head of Building Surveying at Grosvenor since September 2021, after previously holding positions such as Senior Building Surveyor. Prior experience includes roles at Gazelle London as Associate Director and at JLL Residential as a Senior Building Surveyor. Claire has demonstrated expertise through managing a diverse portfolio of properties, overseeing health and safety compliance, and conducting maintenance management for various types of buildings. Skills include contract administration, project management, and carrying out detailed surveys. Claire holds a BSc(Hons) in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.
