Daphne Henderson-Figueroa

Daphne Henderson-Figueroa is an experienced Internal Communications Manager with a strong background in strategic colleague engagement and communications management. Currently at Grosvenor since November 2022, Daphne previously held similar roles at Knight Frank and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), where significant accomplishments included launching DWP’s new values, achieving 83% colleague awareness in a pulse survey. Daphne has extensive experience in managing senior civil servant communications, overseeing department-wide awards, and developing intranet strategies. Additional roles include serving as IC Space Editor for the Government Communication Service and Communications and Membership Officer at the National Children's Bureau, where Daphne contributed to successful website relaunch projects and social media campaigns. Educationally, Daphne holds a BA in Geography from the University of Leeds.
