Emma Clarke

Emma Clarke is a skilled commercial surveyor with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently employed at Grosvenor Group since March 2020, Emma previously held the position of Regional Surveyor at National Car Parks Limited from January 2016 to March 2020. Emma's early career included a role as a Chartered Surveyor at Deloitte and as a Chartered Surveyor at Colliers International, specializing in valuations and development appraisals across various property sectors in the North West. Emma began an internship at North Rae Sanders in 2011, focusing on commercial property agency and valuation. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Real Estate from the University of Reading, completed in 2011.
