Jane Jenrick

Jane Jenrick currently serves as the Residential Director at Grosvenor, overseeing the strategic and financial performance of the residential short-let portfolio in London since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jane was the Head of Lettings for Warwick Investment Group, where responsibilities included launching the Acantha Collective lifestyle rental brand and managing rental pricing strategies. From January 2013 to June 2022, Jane held the position of Head of Lettings at John D Wood & Co., with full P&L accountability and commercial oversight for the business unit. Earlier in Jane's career, positions included Regional Director and Associate Director at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, and Branch Manager. Jane holds a BBA from Cardiff University, Cardiff Business School.
