Joanna Johnson

Joanna Johnson has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Joanna started their career at Unilever in 2002 as a Graduate Trainee and progressed through various roles, including Graduate Recruitment & Training, Centralisation of HR shared services, and Manufacturing HR. Joanna then became the Operational HR Manager in the Foodsolutions Business and later worked as an HR Business Partner at Trafford Park PG Tips Factory, providing support during a period of change. In 2009, Joanna joined PepsiCo as an HR Manager for a year. Currently, they are working at Grosvenor as a Senior Human Resources Manager, and starting from February 2022, they have been promoted to the position of Human Resources Director.

Joanna Johnson attended the University of Oxford from 1998 to 2001, where they completed an MSc degree in Experimental Psychology.
