Nathan Lundell

Nathan Lundell is an experienced professional in asset management and real estate strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Grosvenor since June 2021, after holding the title of Senior Asset Manager. Prior to Grosvenor, Nathan accumulated over a decade of experience at Gap Inc., where roles included Director of Global Real Estate Strategy & Analytics and various positions in real estate strategy and finance. Nathan's earlier career includes time as an Associate at HFF, where the San Francisco office was opened, and as an Associate at Cohen Financial, both in real estate investment banking. Nathan began in real estate as an Investment Analyst at Prudential Real Estate Investors. Nathan holds a B.S. in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas.
