Niamh Costello

Niamh Costello has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Financial Control at Grosvenor since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CBRE, where they held the position of Head of Management Reporting UK&I GWS EMEA from 2020 to 2022 and also served as the Intercompany Project Lead GWS EMEA from 2020 to 2022. Before their time at CBRE, they gained valuable experience at KPMG Ireland, where they worked as a Manager from 2018 to 2020, a Senior Consultant in Management Consulting from 2016 to 2018, and a Tax Consultant in Financial Services Tax from 2012 to 2016. Niamh also had a role as a Legal Intern at McCann FitzGerald in 2011.

Niamh Costello began their education at Loreto Secondary School in Kilkenny, where they completed their secondary education from 2006 to 2008. Niamh then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business and Law (European) at University College Dublin from 2008 to 2012. During their time at University College Dublin, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in 2010 and 2011, focusing on Business and Law. After their undergraduate studies, Niamh joined Chartered Accountants Ireland from 2012 to 2015, where they specialized in accounting. Subsequently, they enrolled in the Irish Tax Institute from 2015 to 2016, although specific details about their field of study or degree name are unavailable. Most recently, in 2019, Niamh attended the Law Society of Ireland to complete a Diploma in Aviation Leasing & Finance.
