Victoria Edwards FCIPD has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Victoria started their career at Accenture in 1996, where they focused on MBA recruitment. Victoria then moved on to Bear Stearns in 2000, where they worked in graduate recruitment. In 2002, they joined Olswang as a Recruitment Manager, overseeing recruitment for various positions within the company. In 2014, they joined Grosvenor as the Head of Resourcing, where they were responsible for recruitment strategy and talent acquisition. Victoria has a strong background in developing efficient and effective recruitment processes in line with business strategies.

Victoria Edwards FCIPD obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of York, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations at The University of Manchester from 1994 to 1995.
