Andy Schneider

Andy Schneider has a diverse work experience. Andy worked at J.E. Grote Company as the Director of Sales starting from December 2002. Andy also served as a Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve, specifically as a Senior Reserve Officer in various roles from June 1986 to June 2016. Additionally, they worked at Ohio Transmission & Pump as a Sales Engineer from March 1996 to December 2002, where they focused on territory sales of industrial equipment and automation components to OEM accounts. Andy successfully built strong business partnerships and worked closely with OEM customer design engineers to provide solutions for automation applications.

Andy Schneider earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy from 1982 to 1986. Andy later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Miami University, completing it from 1991 to 1993.
