Greg Gavlak

Gregory Gavlak has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Gregory currently holds the positions of Director of Operations and Operations Leader at Grote Company, a role they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Hyperion Materials & Technologies as a Value Stream Manager - Oil and Gas from 2014 to 2019, leading various operational activities and spearheading a significant expansion and culture change. Before that, they served as a Value Stream Supervisor - Oil and Gas at Sandvik Hyperion from 2013 to 2014, where they successfully addressed structural issues and implemented process improvements. Gregory also has experience in the manufacturing sector, having worked as a Senior Production Manager and Associate Production Manager at Luxottica Group Spa from 2010 to 2013. In these roles, they managed large teams and implemented Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Their earlier professional experience includes serving as a Logistics Officer in the US Army, where they managed soldiers and oversaw logistical planning and operations in combat environments.
