Grote Company
Jack A Grote has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jack A started their career at General Motors in 1985 as an engineer and then moved on to Eaton/Cutler Hammer/IDT in 1990, where they worked in engineering and manufacturing. In 1996, they joined OTP Industrial Solutions as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for leading a rapidly growing industrial distributor. In 2007, they joined Vistage International, where they participated in monthly problem-solving peer group meetings to build leadership and generate results. Since 2011, they have been the President and COO of Grote Company, a manufacturer of food processing equipment with operations in multiple locations globally.
Jack A. Grote earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1985. Jack A later obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 1987. In 1996, Jack completed their education with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
