Jay Eidex

Jay Eidex is an experienced litigator who has tried over 150 jury trials as lead counsel. Jay has extensive experience in tort and insurance-related suits. Prior to their current position as a Partner at GROTH & MAKARENKO LLC, Jay was a Senior Trial Attorney at State Farm for nearly two decades, handling suits related to automotive and premises liability claims. Before that, Jay served as an Assistant Solicitor General at the Fulton County Office of the Solicitor General. Jay Eidex holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law, a Master of Arts in Philosophy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Georgia State University.
