Peter McGillicuddy

Peter McGillicuddy, SHRM-SCP, is the Director of Human Resources at Groton School since June 2020. Prior to this role, Peter served as the Human Resources Director at Vanderweil Engineers and the Culture Director at Reed Hilderbrand LLC Landscape Architecture. With a B.A. in English/Russian from the University of Notre Dame and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College, Peter has extensive experience in overseeing HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, benefits management, and policy development in various organizations.
