Ground Force Training are experts in Municipal Safety and Skills training providing heavy equipment and snowplow training to townships, counties, districts and rural municipalities as well as private industries including farms, construction and utility companies.

We have become known for providing quality peer-to-peer training that produces quantifiable results in better operators, lower maintenance costs, and improved employee morale.

Our heavy equipment training programs are written specifically for counties and municipalities; therefore, our programs deal with the specific challenges that “Municipal” operators face every day. Our training programs are designed to help you show "due diligence" as required by your provincial/state Occupational Safety & Health Act, Labour Relations and Workplace Safety Boards.

We have tapped a source that is recognized for overtraining all of their tradesmen and women in their respective trades and then putting them to work under virtually any condition imaginable. Some of the most highly qualified tradespeople produced within the Military, DOT, & Municipalities are currently under contract with Ground Force Training. Before acquiring their Instructor status on any given equipment or vehicle, they must have mastered all aspects of its operation, thus guaranteeing EXTENSIVE seat time, under virtually any condition you can think of. Our staff have built roads in the deserts of the Far East, built runways and plowed snow in the Arctic.

Through a rigorous screening process, Ground Force has handpicked the finest instructor staff available. Our instructors have decades of combined experience both in the seat and in front of students. Dedicated to safety, perfection, precision and policy compliance, our staff will happily adjust training packages to best suit your company's requirements; all while exceeding the mandated labour standards.
