John Broad serves as the Head of Partners & Alliances at groundcover since February 2025, where the focus is on cloud monitoring solutions leveraging eBPF technology. Prior to this role, John held the position of VP, Partners & Alliances at Imply, developing strategic relationships with major players like Confluent and AWS. John has extensive experience in strategic alliances, demonstrated during tenure as Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Channels at Neo4j, where a global partner portfolio was developed, as well as experience managing relationships at Workday and SAP. John’s career also includes leadership roles at Ideagen EHS, Microsoft, Oracle, Anuvio Technologies, and Indus International, highlighting expertise in sales, project management, and operational leadership. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
