Aaron Weast

Aaron Weast is a multifaceted engineering and product development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Principal at Crucible Product Development and holding advisory roles at BIOMOTUM, Inc. and Grounded, Weast has a strong track record in innovation, having previously worked as Director of Adventure Products & Explore at Rivian and as Director of Innovation Engineering at Nike. Weast also founded DrinkShrub, a Portland-based craft drinking vinegar company, and has been a Technical Advisor for Liquid Wire Inc. since 2017. With an educational background including a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University, Weast is recognized for the ability to transform consumer insights into compelling product concepts.
