Lauren Morales currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Grounded Capital since May 2023. Previously, Lauren held similar executive assistant roles at Fred Alger Management, Inc. from May 2018 to May 2022, and at BlackRock from October 2016 to May 2018, supporting the CIO of Global Fixed Income. Prior experience includes positions as Research Associate and Chief of Staff at Perry Capital and as an Executive Assistant at Samlyn Capital, along with earlier administrative roles at Perry Capital and North Shore-LIJ Health System. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master's Degree in NeuroPsychology from New York University, complemented by coursework in Corporate Finance and Financial Accounting at Columbia University.
