Stephen Hohenrieder

Stephen Hohenrieder is an experienced executive and board member with a strong background in agriculture, natural products, and impact-oriented investments. Currently, Stephen serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Lotus Foods, Traditional Medicinals, and Straus Family Creamery, while also being the CEO and Founder of Grounded Capital. Previous roles include Strategic Advisor and Board Member for Dirty Hands, COO and Interim CEO for Lustre-Cal Corporation, and Interim CEO and CIO for New Island Capital Management. With over 15 years in the field, Stephen has demonstrated a commitment to advancing positive environmental and social outcomes through strategic leadership and innovative investment strategies. Stephen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
