Cara Purcell is the Director of Innovative Finance at Grounded Solutions Network since January 2024. Prior to this role, Cara served as the Interim Chief Operating Officer at New Jersey Community Capital from January 2011 to December 2023. Cara has extensive experience in overseeing operations, managing strategic initiatives, loss mitigation activities, and developing energy efficiency and conservation strategies. With a background in Community & Regional Planning and Urban & Community Development, Cara has also worked as a Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Land Use Planner. Cara's dedication to community development and strategic planning is evident through their diverse professional experiences.
