Dave Smith

Dave Smith is a Chief Program Officer at Grounded Solutions Network, where they focus on promoting sustainable affordable housing solutions. They have previously served as Executive Director of the London Community Land Trust, where they led a major project to deliver affordable homes. Smith held senior roles at Eastlight Community Homes and CDS Co-operatives, and worked as External Affairs Manager at the National Housing Federation, influencing housing policy in London. They began their career as a Community Organiser with Citizens UK and contributed to the Obama for America campaign in 2008. Smith holds a degree from the University of Cambridge.
