Devin Culbertson is currently the Vice President of Innovative Finance at Grounded Solutions Network. Previously, Devin held various positions at companies such as Enterprise Community Partners, where they were a Director and later a Senior Program Director. With a background in affordable housing development and financing, Devin has also served on the Board of Directors for Proud Ground and worked as a Housing Developer at Northwest Housing Alternatives. Devin's education includes a Masters in Planning and Real Estate Development from The University of Texas at Austin.
