Tony Pickett, LEED AP, has a wealth of experience in the real estate development and affordable housing sector. Currently serving as a board member for various organizations such as Trust Neighborhoods and Up for Growth, Tony has a strong background in community development. Previously, Tony held positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Grounded Solutions Network and Senior Vice President at Urban Land Conservancy, where Tony utilized real estate as a tool to enrich urban communities. With a degree in Architecture, Art, and Planning from Cornell University, Tony has a strong foundation in design and planning, which Tony utilizes in their work towards creating strong and sustainable communities.

We promote housing solutions that will stay affordable for generations so communities can stabilize and strengthen their foundation, for good. We help our members, partners and elected officials use them to establish inclusive communities that have diverse housing options for a variety of incomes, offering choice and opportunity for all residents – both today and for future generations.
