Kahla Washington possesses extensive experience in the finance and title closing sectors. Currently serving as a Closer at GROUNDFLOOR Finance since October 2020, Kahla has successfully assisted in closing an average of 100 loans monthly, resulting in note sales ranging from $6 to $15 million, marking a significant increase of over 40% compared to previous years. Prior experience includes a tenure at Fidelity National Financial from October 2012 to October 2020, where Kahla held positions as a Title Closer and Release of Obligation Clerk, analyzing and verifying closing documents for residential and commercial properties. Kahla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from UNLV Lee Business School and an Associate’s Degree in Natural Science and Mathematics from Napa Valley College.
