Richard Pulido

Richard Pulido has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Richard started their career as an Avionic Systems Engineer at Northrop Corporation in 1983. Richard then worked as an Investment Analyst at Cambridge Realty Capital Companies in 1987. After that, they joined Prudential Realty Group in 1988, where they held various positions including Vice President, Director, and Associate until 1996. From 1996 to 2015, Richard worked at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company as a Principal. In 2012, they founded and became the Managing Partner of Del Oro, LLC, a commercial real estate investment company focused on SFR rental space. Currently, Richard is working at GROUNDFLOOR Finance, where they have held multiple roles since 2016. Richard served as the Head of Risk Management from 2016 to 2017, then as the Head of Lending Operations from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of SVP and Head of Capital Markets at GROUNDFLOOR Finance, responsible for new product development and strategic growth initiatives, as well as serving as the Investment Committee Chair.

Richard Pulido has an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in System Science and Mathematics from UCLA.
