Valerie Cerra is an experienced executive with a robust background in project management and strategic initiatives across various healthcare and consulting organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Head of the Project Management Office at GroundGame.Health since April 2024, Valerie has co-founded and advised Lesson aLIVE since July 2019. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Excell HCA, and various leadership positions at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Babel Health, Inc., and Cognizant, where Valerie oversaw enterprise project management and strategic portfolio management. With extensive experience in financial advisory services at PwC and a solid academic foundation including multiple advanced degrees in education, business administration, accounting, and economics, Valerie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry.
