Emma Wang

Emma Wang is a Senior Software Engineer at Groundhog Technologies Inc. since May 2013, specializing in RF optimization techniques, including SVR and NN for training and prediction, as well as developing tools for RF optimization systems. Key contributions include the implementation of PCI, PSC conflict detection, neighbor list optimization, auto cell parameter adjustments, and the creation of a network health dashboard.
