Shaun Chang

Shaun Chang has a diverse work experience that spans different companies and roles. Shaun began their career as a Software Engineer at National Taiwan University in 2006. In 2007, they worked as an Interwoven Product Consultant at Ragic, where they integrated Interwoven TeamSite into existing systems and workflows, increasing efficiency and improving user experience. In 2008, Shaun joined Groundhog Technologies Inc. as a Product Manager, responsible for guiding the development of the CovMo geo-location solution. Shaun later became the Director of Product Management, playing a critical role in the success of CovMo, recognized as a market-leading solution for optimizing and troubleshooting mobile networks. In 2016, Shaun was promoted to VP of Mobility Intelligence at Groundhog Technologies Inc. In 2017, they joined NATIONAL HEALTH RESEARCH INSTITUTES as part of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee. Shaun's work experience also includes being a Volunteer Adult Leader for Boy Scouts of China (Taiwan) from 2000 to 2006, and an International Consultant for Boy Scouts of America in 2001.

Shaun Chang began their education at National Taiwan University in 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Management. Shaun successfully completed their program in 2003. Following this, Shaun went on to pursue a Master's degree in Information Management at the same university and graduated from this program in 2005.
