Haviland Brick

Haviland Brick is a dynamic operations and sales leader with a robust track record in transforming regional service organizations into high-performing national platforms. Currently, as the Director of Sales at GroundMasters since 2016, Haviland oversees the sales department, focusing on customer relationships and business development. Previously, Haviland held roles such as Sales Manager and National Account Sales Manager at DONAN, where they developed a national sales program that significantly increased revenue. Haviland also contributed to the marketing initiatives at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, coordinating educational programs and community outreach. Haviland earned a BA in Advertising/Marketing from Marquette University and possesses a diverse background in sales and operations management.
