Gerauld Rivera

Gerauld Rivera has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Bank of the Philippine Islands, starting as a Sales Management Trainee and eventually becoming a Manager in Digital Marketing. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at HSBC as an Assistant Vice President in Digital Marketing, where they achieved significant growth in online credit card sales and managed cross-cultural teams for key digital projects. Gerauld then joined ABS-CBN Corporation as the Digital Customer Lifecycle Management Head, overseeing the implementation of SAP Customer Data Cloud and leading marketing automation and CRM campaigns. In 2018, they worked at Audience IQ as the CRM Program Director and Change Agent. Gerauld then joined Beryl8 in 2019 as a Senior Business Consultant specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot Solutions Delivery. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Aquient as a Lead Salesforce Consultant, contributing to significant revenue growth, establishing operations in Thailand, and collaborating with C-level stakeholders. Currently, they are with GyanSys Inc. as the Marketing Cloud Product Lead.

Gerauld Rivera completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management, majoring in Legal Management and minoring in International Business, at Ateneo de Manila University from 2005 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Gerauld obtained the following credentials: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator from Salesforce in May 2022, Interaction Studio Accredited Professional from Salesforce in October 2021, Salesforce CDP Accredited Professional from Salesforce in July 2021, Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist from Salesforce in November 2019, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist from Salesforce in September 2017, and Certified Digital Media Planning Specialist from the Certified Digital Marketer Program in April 2015.
