Kelsea Norris

Kelsea Norris currently serves as the Director of Donor Relations at Groundswell Fund, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Kelsea spent six years at Popular Democracy, where contributions included serving as both the Director of Donor Organizing and the Manager of Individual Giving. Kelsea's earlier experience includes working as a Development Officer at The Nation from February 2015 to February 2018 and holding multiple positions at Southern Alliance for Clean Energy from July 2007 to April 2014, including Executive Director and Tennessee Field Organizer. Kelsea earned a degree in English and Women's Studies from The University of Georgia in 2012.
