Rashad Williams

Rashad Williams, MPP, currently serves as the Director of Subscriber Services at Groundswell, Inc., overseeing strategic direction for community solar subscriber management, including customer service, marketing, software development, and data analytics. In August 2023, Rashad began a role as a Clean Energy Leadership Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute, focusing on energy systems expertise and energy justice principles. Prior to this, from August 2019 to July 2021, Rashad was a Development and Communication Associate at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, where responsibilities included executing a business development plan to enhance donor and volunteer engagement through strategic storytelling and social media. Rashad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Public Policy, both from Georgia State University.
