Amy-Simone Erard is an experienced educator and epidemiologist with a strong background in environmental science and public health. Currently serving as a Farm Educator at Hilltop Hanover Farm since September 2016, Amy-Simone conducts tours for school-aged children that emphasize the significance of local and organically grown food, watershed protection, and sustainable farming practices. In addition, Amy-Simone has been an Educator with Groundwork Hudson Valley since March 2014, providing informative tours on sustainable energy and water management techniques to school groups and summer camps. Amy-Simone's career also includes a role as an Epidemiologist with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health since December 2010, and previously as a Senior Technical Officer with Management Sciences for Health from May 1998 to November 2010. Amy-Simone holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Ecology and Anthropology from Connecticut College, awarded in 1991.
