Brittany Boulton

Brittany Boulton currently serves as Vice President at Groundwork Ohio, a position held since January 2024, where Brittany also functions as Managing Director of Advocacy & Engagement. Previously, Boulton was Vice President of External Relations and Director Of External Relations at Finance Fund from February 2019 to January 2024. Earlier experience includes roles as Relationship Officer and Individual Giving Officer at Community Shelter Board from July 2017 to January 2019, and Government Affairs Manager at G2G Consulting from January 2015 to July 2017. Boulton started their career as a Fellow at The Aging Justice Project and worked as an Administrative Assistant at Marj Halperin Consulting. Notably, Brittany served as a Legislative Aide to Senate Minority Leader Capri S. Cafaro and as a Legislative Service Commission Fellow in the Ohio Senate from December 2008 to August 2012. Boulton holds a Master's degree in Women's and Gender Studies from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian and Political Science from Bowling Green State University.
