Ryan Michols

Ryan Michols is an experienced project manager currently with GroundWork Renewables since November 2023. Previously, Ryan held the role of Startup Manager at Shopify and was a Launch Manager at Deliverr Inc. prior to its acquisition by Shopify. Ryan's extensive background includes positions as Solutions Consultant for Operations Planning at Dematic and Launch Program Manager at Amazon, where significant achievements included overseeing a $164 million cost savings project and leading operational readiness for new building launches. Ryan's career also features a strong foundation in manufacturing as Manufacturing Manager at Precision Castparts, with responsibilities spanning production leadership and process improvement. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
