Tracy Fishwick OBE

Tracy Fishwick OBE has extensive experience in employment, skills development, and social inclusion. Fishwick served as Head of Employment and Skills at Knowsley MBC from 1998 to 2008, leading initiatives in employment strategy and funding. Following this role, Fishwick worked as Associate Director at the Centre for Economic and Social Inclusion until 2017, focusing on welfare and labor markets. Previously, Fishwick was Assistant Head of HR at Knowsley MBC. Since 2015, Fishwick has acted as Chair of Groundwork and has been the Managing Director of TRANSFORM LIVES COMPANY, dedicated to helping individuals find work and improve their lives. Additionally, Fishwick has contributed as a Non-Executive Director at Blackburne House and The People's Powerhouse, advocating for women's education and inclusion in regional economic discussions. Educational background includes studies at Manchester Business School.
