Groundworks AI writes social posts, emails, blog posts, and newsletters tailored to your business — every week, ready for you to review and ship. The output of a marketing team, without the headcount.
Meet your new marketing co-worker.
The problem we solve

Early-stage B2B founders and lean teams need a real marketing function. Not another tool that demands prompts. Not another agency that disappears for two weeks. Not a fractional CMO who hands over a strategy deck and leaves execution to a team that doesn't exist yet.
How it works

Groundworks AI is configured to your business once — positioning, ICP, voice, what's in and out of scope. From there it produces every week: LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters, outbound sequences, warm outreach drafts. Drafts surface for you to approve, edit, or redirect. Nothing ships without your sign-off. Every call you make trains the system. Six months in, it knows your business better than anyone you could have hired.
Who it's for

B2B startups, founder-led. Two profiles:

— Founding teams of 1–3 with no marketer. A route to consistent marketing output that takes a few minutes a day — without a premature hire.

— Teams of 4–20 with a marketer in seat. Give the person running marketing a system that produces from day one and learns as it goes.
The portfolio

One DNA, two tiers.

— Scout — the platform, founder-operated. Entry tier for founding teams of one to three. €49/month. Shipping mid-2026.

— Squad — the platform, team-operated. More muscle, more automation, for teams with a marketer in seat. €249/month. Shipping late 2026 / early 2027.
Why it's different

Agencies are slower and leave you with nothing. Fractional CMOs are strategy without execution. Tools are execution without strategy. Groundworks AI is the strategy, the system, and the execution — running on a cadence, sharper every month.
